My friend afallahi and I are both proud iPod owners and I happened upon this chicken one Easter (thanks Mom) and it just made sense to put one and one together. Apple's "new" iPod and iTunes commercials are great and haven't been parodied too much yet, so the opportunity was prime. There is humour in there, but it needs a little work. At first, it looked more like a fat blob than a chicken. You shouldn't need to view the "reference chicken" first to recognize it.

Not a bad idea though.

Amusing... but the figure isn't obviously a chicken... for a while I saw a rabbit (fluffy tail)

Thanks for the comments, good and bad. It certainly wasn't meant to be spam, that's why I posted it in the "Lounge" area.

We did the video because the chicken was humorous to us in its original form (it does have a fluffy tail and dances by itself singing the chicken dance song). It doesn't look much like a chicken, but I felt that is why it is funny.

Thanks again for the comments. It was a lot of fun to put together.

I thought that was DAMN funny... doesn't anyone have a sense of humor around here? I guess having toys around that do funny things helped me see the humor in it.

Technically I think it was very well done. Made me laugh and in the end that's what I'm sure it was made to do!

The point was, it was cute and funny. He was just sharing something he did with a friend, and people harp on it and give him **** for it. It was nicely done technically. Though I agree I wouldn't have known what in the hell it was if I hadn't seen the toy first.
