QS 2002 Ethernet woes...

For some reason, my Quicksilver 2002 (not the machine in my sig) will only think that its ethernet port is operating at 10mbps half duplex, no matter what I connect it to. If I connect it to my gigabit switch, I get a gigabit link light, but I cannot transfer data at all. I'm wondering if this has to do with the fact I used a pre-QS 2002 install disc...

Also thought I might add... this does not occur in OS X.

Solved. If I install the original QS 2002 9.2.2 CD, it works fine.
