A friend gave this to me, he found it in a stash of scrap boards

Do you know what this card is/does?

Its a SCSI loop-back test card. Sorta common, usually alway one on eBay at any given point. Not sure how its used though. By the way, the card is better identified under "077-0219". You will find lots of test gear numbers start with 0.

It's part of the AppleCAT diagnostic set.

How do you hook it up? I see two macs in the photos

If that is the Bus Master card in the AppleCAT kit, I have two of those. Never seen the loopback card, though.
