Missing his Red Sox rants - or, rather, unique perspectives on the Boston bunch.

Maybe he'll revisit a la Mike 32/25. (btw, good to hear good news, Mike).

And one last observation:
"All I can say is it's a good thing I didn't start smoking when I was 12". (Spliffdaffy)

Short of it: Colo facility finally realized they ****ed up, and decided to bill me $700. It didn't clear (for obvious reasons), and so they shut the line off.

I don't have $700. And I really have no aspirations to continue the bbq.

Yeah, Maxelson's posts are missed. Luckily, most of the more enjoyable reads, such as zigzag, timo, mr. natural, logic, blackgriffen, spliffdaddy, etc, etc, continue to amaze, amuse, confound and annoy us all with their regular contributions.

Thanks to all for your steady contributions. The world would be a dull place indeed if we all were to agree, no?

I don't see as much from Casecom as was once the case. And where the heck is wlonh?

Wasn't there some brouhaha in the June of 2000 (or 2001) between our forum and another? I think wlonh left soon after that. Miss him and Misha, too.

I still check in, just don't have much to say these days (except in car threads)...

I don't think wlonh has been back since he departed in fall 2000 ... I think he's still hangs around other Mac boards though. I used to see him at MacMinute back in its early days. He doesn't seem to have changed much.
