you talking about the pre-approved buyer thing?
I'm talking about a buy it now price of $2900 when it includes every option available at the applestore. Update, the auction has been pulled. The just is that the real price from the Applestore is $14,088.90.
oh wow, I never noticed the price
I've never shopped on eBay for a computer, and don't even think I'd try to sell one there, given all the things you hear about it
Ebay - Haven't idiotic sellers caught onto the fact that eBay figures them out on this type of thing yet?

More appropriate...

Ok, it's late, and I'm a little slow.

So, what's your point ?
I don't get it, and the auction has been pulled...

The point of my thread was that the seller posted a $2900 buy it now price for a dual 2.0 Ghz Powermac with 8GB of Ram, A 23" cinema display, a 20" cinema display, bluetooth, airport, a 40GB iPod, applecare... etc.

There is no way a legit seller would take such a huge loss.. Ebay's fraud team thought so too, that's why the auction was pulled.

Thx.
Now I get it.

Would have been a nice deal if it was real...
