OK, so I am 6'23" (190cm) and a weight of 205 (92 kg), I would like to get on shape 'again', I used to play soccer, tennis, ping-pong, and mainly basket, so I will welcome any advice from people with real knowledge, do not blame on me, to offense is not my purpose, just that I think sport people advice would be welcomed as the first one, am I wrong?, many thanks.
Basket? Basketball or basketweaving? Big difference. How old are you? Do you exercise at all? How many days a week? Weight lifting or aerobic?

Cut out snacks and sweets as much as you can, maybe set one meal a week where you treat yourself if you've been good. Cut out sodas and Starbucks and whatnot and drink as much water as you can possibly handle.
If you drink, cut down as much as possible and drink plenty of water.

Get out and move around at least 3 times a week. Depending on your fitness level, walk, run, swim. Take classes at a gym. Play golf or basketball or tennis or racquetball of something.

Basically, it's increased activity and fewer calories that you strive for. Find something you enjoy and look at it as something you want to accomplish, not need to.

Whoa, it was all in good humor
If you have the money, get that one Bowflex machine they always advertise on TV.

You should run a lot, do crunches and pushups. The rest of the time just play sports, soccer, basketball, whatever interests you.
6'2 and 205 is really out of shape for you? Hrmm you must have been a really light person to begin with.

*sits back and takes some hints* I've been walking/running across town about 2 times a week now if that helps

That's what I'm screaming! Angelmb must stand for Angel McBeal.
lol I'm like 210-215 myself.. I could definitely lose a bit more but I'm happy with the current speed at which I'm losing it
Hit that treadmill and watch the diet. Easy as that really.

I think the rule of thumb was 6' male should be at 200lbs.
So you wanna be skinny or buff?

You're not overweight... dang I wish I weighed 200 pounds... hahaha...
I'm 5'11" and about 200lbs, my doctor told me that I need to be around 170lbs.... I think the 180s would be better
Actually he is overweight according to the Body Mass Index scale. Although, according to this Consumer Freedom page, there are a lot of athletes and celebrities who are overweight according to the BMI scale.

OK that site is an apologist front for some "being fat is OK" group.

Yes, if you go strictly by height and weight you will get skewed readings for athletes whose bodies have extremely high muscle ratios. A legitimate reading of the condition of a person's body would need measurements with calipers to asses the percentage of body fat as well as the size and density of their bone structure.

With that, don't waste your time on some overpriced bowflex. You'd get better results with a bench and free weights or even a health club membership.
205 at 6'2" is not fat but it certainly could be out of shape it just depends where you carry the weight. Since no one has any idea of your body type its hard to say since that weight could mean different things. On Link its easy to say that the kid is a pudge and he needs to work out instead of playing Nintendo. On you it could very well be that you are a big barrel chested guy. If that's the case you need to start running and cut back on fatty foods. No more large dinners and no snacks. If you are in bad shape you are going to have to start out doing cardio 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Then increase that by 5-7 minutes every two weeks until you are no longer winded by the exercise. After that I would add a 4th day and add some weight training.

If you really have been stagnant for longer than a couple years I would recommend not getting into strenuous sports until you are in better shape or til you talk to your doctor. You'd be more likely to hurt something and that would set you back for at least a month. Get in better shape by running (or biking or swimming) for 6-8 weeks and then play the sports you enjoy. But above all else change your diet for healthier alternatives.
Healthy diet is equally important. If you eat like a mofo after you sport, you won't get back in shape.
Lose weight in a lumberjack way.
Accidentally cut your leg off with a chainsaw.

That'd lose you a stone or two..
Every summer, I get rid of some ounces by shaving my head bald. Instant result. Always...
