What commercial is this from, "No, not really..."

Ok, there's this phrase we throw around the office for some ungodly reason. "Really?" "No, not really". Even though it was used in Austin Powers, me and someone else remember it from a commercial. I THINK it was a car commercial but I could be wrong. Anyone know what I'm talking about (no bunny pancake pics!).

Hertz? Or was that "Not Exactly."?

Hertz is "Not exactly".

I keep thinking it's the Isuzu guy.

Finally! I can put useless trivia to use!

It was first used in a Doritos / Frito Lay commercial series by the master of idiocy Chris Elliott!

It was a series of uncomfortable commercials from the nineties. Chris would come into a room and offer his Tostitos as a bribe for something. The guy eating the bribe nachos would then reply sarcastically "No, not really" - as if he was saying "yes, of course, really, duh!". And you are left blinded by the DOUBLE Sarcasm. Brilliant.

It's Doritos I think. Chris Elliot is at the IRS office and the guy says "I smell REFUND!" Then Chris says "Really" and the Guys says "No, not really."
There were a few ads. I don't remember Chris Elliot ever being the one who said, No, not really.
THAT'S IT!

Now to find a wav of it...
