There *is* enough art in Philadelphia schools...

Step 1: Schools buy art cheaply, and have art donated to them.

Step 2: The art gets taken down and put into storage when the walls are repainted.

Step 3: Some idiot decides not to put the art back up on the walls, because he/she doesn't think art is important.

Step 4: Years later, people find what is now 20 to 30 million dollars worth of art in closets and boiler rooms!

Just imagine what dumb things the school would have done with the art anyways ?
