Rant: Blink-182 "Down" video sucks

I just watched the Blink-182 "Down" music video. It's the gayest thing I have ever seen. THe song sucks, the lyrics has nothing to do with the "plot" of the video, and there is no real plot. Everything sucks about it. I'm so pissed just because stupidity pisses me off!

in my opinion, blink 182 was fine when they were idiotic pop punk rockers. bouncy whatever music doing whatever for people who dont want to think. like an action movie or something. its all good.

then they tried to get all serious. tried to wedge some of that emo into their music. it came out all ****.

What an odd statement. You admit that they are idiotic, and yet thats okay. Isn't that ironic? In my opinion, they are contrived, straight from the MTV machine. I don't even question that. They were made to pander to a certain obvious demographic, too displaced to even realize how bad they really are. And if not them, then certainly Limp Bizkit.

Any thing done by Blink 182 AFTER dude ranch really sucked, well I mean enema of the state was okay.. but ever since travis...

I saw them play back in 2000, man they suck live, funny as hell, but i don't think they can play there own songs!

its not that odd. look at the entire statement. of course theyre idiots. they play for idiots. its all empty headed nonsense. everyone involved is on the same level. noone is being duped. its fine.

besides, they had a pretty extensive independent career pre-MTV.

I made it after yours, but I'd been planning it since I was making the bomb boxes, so neither of us stole from the other.

Anyway, it's not like either of us put a trademark on these things.
