Go Ugly Early used to be the motto of the local A-10 squadron. Its the only place I've ever heard it used.

ugly looking but cute as well..imagine 3900 armor piercing rounds per minute coming at you, that could get things done early.. oh btw way I have heard that if you fire these sobs too long the recoil could stall the plane out of the sky!!

I've also heard it used in politics (go negative from the get), but nothing is quite so apt as the Warthog.
