This was one of my favorite shows of all time. Dark and moody, I liked this even better than the x-files. Just thought I'd give everyone a heads up that the DVD is out this Tuesday for about 45 dollars!!

Easily better than the X-Files, especially the later series.

Good news, indeed!

Thanks for posting this. You've made my day.

I wonder why it did so poorly then. I watched the premiere and thought it was ok but only one of the later episodes.

X-files really blew after the 3rd season.
The show's dated already.
That's really great! You took the words right out of my mouth by describing it as "dark and moody." So many DVD and box sets to get, so little money! I'll have to stick with my Netflix subscription for a while to milk the most I can out of it.

BTW www.tvshowsondvd.com is the place to go to find out when the goods are coming out.

The X-Files will never die. I think there's something good in EVERY season, 1-9! Considering that I own all 9 seasons, I have no regrets. It's certainly one of the best series to have ever been made!
For the record, I did not name myself after this show, though I do appreciate them for spelling the word right. I was never much of a fan myself; it had its moments, but overall it just didn't really ring well with me, I guess.

Good to see it coming out on DVD, though, for the sake of the fans.
The one with Jose Chung is the only episode I ever saw, and that was hilarious.
