i was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to use the zen micro with itunes. or is there a way to convert aac to a compatible format? thanks?

If you're talking about protected AACs from the iTunes Music Store, you'll have to burn them to CD and then rip them back into iTunes as MP3 files. I have yet to hear of a player other than the iPod that supports AAC.
