LIMITED WARRANTY
BeeHive Technologies, Inc. warrants ADB I/O against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date
of original purchase. If you discover a manufacturing defect, BeeHive Technologies, Inc. will repair your product with either new or
refurbished replacement parts at no charge. If BeeHive Technologies, Inc. is unable to restore your ADB I/O to good working order after a
reasonable number of attempts, BeeHive Technologies, Inc. will, at its option, replace or refund the purchase price of the ADB I/O. To
obtain service under warranty you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from BeeHive Technologies, Inc. or its
service provider. Products must be returned to BeeHive Technologies, Inc. or its service provider with shipping charges prepaid and must be
accompanied with a brief description of the problem as well as proof of purchase.
THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL
OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BEEHIVE TECHNOLOGIES, INC.SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
BEEHIVE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND
PROPERTY.

STATEMENT FOR A CLASS "B" DEVICE
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment
generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful
interference to radio communications.
