Welcome to iDock-2™
Congratulations on your recent purchase of the revolutionary new
iDock-2™ developed by CompuCable Manufacturing Group. The
iDock-2™ is a hub designed specifically for the iMac. It is an
innovative solution that allows traditional Apple serial/ADB
peripherals and new USB/Geo peripherals to be connected to your
new iMac. It comes with four USB ports, two Apple Serial/Geo ports,
one ADB (Apple Desktop Bus) port and a 1.44 MB floppy disk drive.
The iDock-2™ is also equipped with a unique swivel base, enabling
you to rotate your iMac to the left or to the right thirty degrees. This
guide will show you how to setup your iDock-2™ with your iMac and
the supporting devices.
Performance
The iDock-2™ USB ports support both a high speed transfer rate of
up to twelve megabits per second (12 Mbps) and a low speed transfer
rate of up to one and a half megabits per second (1.5 Mbps). The
iDock-2™ Serial/Geo converters are intelligent expansion modules
that connect to your iMac USB ports. The iDock-2™ meets the USB
standards version 1.0 and version 1.1.

downstream ports with DC +5V/500mA.

6. One ADB port; (Apple Mini Din 4).
7. One 1.44 MB floppy disk drive.
8. Compatible with HID Class Definition.
