Cannons and Castles 2.0.2 (C) 1997 by Andy Lyttle
This is a Macintosh port of an Apple II game called Cannons and Castles. It's a two-player game; each player gets a castle on either side of a hill and must try to blow up the other player by typing in the angle and velocity of their shot. Version 2.0 added color, more stability, the ability to save games, Balloon Help, and several other features. Versions 2.0.1 and 2.0.2 fix bugs that caused the game to be unplayable on machines running System 6 and color not to be recognized on some newer PowerMacs, plus a few other minor improvements.
Cannons and Castles 2.0.2 is Shareware; you may use it for 30 days, after which time I ask that you pay the $10 fee.
Cannons and Castles requires HyperCard 2.2 or higher, or the HyperCard Player 2.2 or higher. HyperCard 2.2 requires System 6.0.5 or higher (compatible with Mac OS 8).
