Oic is a small Classic Mac shareware title preserved in the Macintosh Garden lineage of obscure System 6/7-era programs. With minimal surviving documentation, it is best known today as a compact application typical of the bedroom-coder shareware scene that flourished on user-group disks and BBS distribution channels during the mid-1990s.
