Emboss Runner

embossRUNNER 1.1.1 (an update to /sci/emboss-runner-11.hqx) embossRUNNER 1.1 is an interface to the open source molecular sequence analysis package emboss . The program needs functional installations of the unix binaries of emboss 2.8.0 and ghostscript. Minimum system requirement is MacOS 10.2.6. Some screen shoots can be found here: Important, please read the history file for differences between version 1.0 and 1.1. You cannot use this version with emboss 2.7.1 and many scripts generated in embossRUNNER 1.0 cannot be used in embossRUNNER 1.1 due to changes in emboss 2.8! embossRUNNER 1.1.1 repairs a cosmetic bug in tab views.
