Atm Ops

AtmOps is a simple library that provides a uniform interface for performing atomic operations across all hardware and software configurations of the Mac OS. It provides atomic compare-and-swap, addition, and bit set/clear/test functions. The library is designed for application-level code (i.e., it's not suitable for writing device drivers).
