to as “the creators”) own licensable copyrights in the PowerPC Microprocessor Common Hardware Reference Platform: I/O Device Reference (including accompanying source code samples), the creators grant you a copyright license
to copy and distribute portions of this document (including accompanying source code samples) in any form, without
payment to the creators, for the purpose of developing original documents, code, or equipment (except integrated circuit processors) which conform to the requirements in this document and for the purpose of using, reproducing, marketing, and distributing such code or equipment.
