Spinning Cursor C

This posting contains a library file that allows any program (C, Pascal, Fortran) to install an asynchronous (task-independent) spinning cursor. It is blatantly copied from the book "Macintosh Programming Secrets, 2nd Edition", and distributed with the author's consent. All I did (!) is type the code. I can also tell you that it works fine ;-). Instructions, source code (Think C) and sample code (Pascal and C) are included. If you have questions, feel free to ask!
