SPAM!

One method by which we can prevent spammers from knowing aout this, and liking posting here, is by no longer replying to the threads they create. Typically the spammers that are here now (and at ppcmla) are the ones who aren't actually bots, just people with nothing better to do. We had one at PPCMLA once who asked permission, that was entertaining.

Heh, the idea is if we say not to, they will be responded to. Knowing these spambots they thrive on the fact they're being responded to, so don't give them what they desire!

I'd just ignore them, they'll be deleted within the next few hours anyway.
