BitTwiddler is a value conversion program. It is very powerful and convenient way to prototype simple computer alorithms.
BitTwiddler displays a 32-bit value in most of the ways that they might be interpreted by a computer, such as integer, ASCII characters, bytes or a color. A value may be changed in any format, and the other values are automatically updated.
