Earthlink Internet Service questions?

Does anyone have Earthlink DSL? Anyone in the D.C. area? How is it? Earthlink indicates that it's homenetworking wireless won't work with OS X. Is that true, or will they just not support it? Can you use your own wireless router with their service?

you should be able to use your own router to share the connection. why earthlink says it won't work with os x is anyone's guess.

dsl. router. computers. that's it.

I use Earthlink DSL in Boston via their
modem, my router (Asante 3004), Lucent
WAP and both Airport & Orinoco.

No problems whatsoever w/ OSX.

I'll add my voice to those using Earthlink DSL (Atlanta) with an Airport Base Station just fine. And I wouldn't worry about ordering their Home Networking package. Just get the DSL and get a cheaper router on your own. They've gotten rather easy to set up...
