Surveya 40 Demo

Surveya Version 4.0 (Macintosh Demo) Copyright Norley Consulting Services 1996-1999 Surveya is used to prepare data survey forms, print them, record responses and produce statistical reports. The survey is limited to 30 questions, with options for up to five responses per question. It is also available for Windows 95/98. Surveya is Shareware (AUS$50).
