This is the Japanese version of the GuideCM package. The Japanese version of this freeware utility is provided as a free service of Bridge 1 Software.
GuideCM is a contextual menu plugin that opens Apple Guide files without having to launch the associated application. And that's pretty much it. Toss it in your Contextual Menu Items folder, restart, and you're off.
