About
You need to have: MacOS 7.5.x AppleScript (You have it unless you uninstalled it.) BBEdit Lite What is it?: When installed as directed, PW DG asks the user to enter a password. If the password is incorrect than the computer shuts down. Some features: The password is saved somewhere on your computer where no one can access it in an encrypted file that has no creator app or file type so it cannot be opened when double clicked on. You set the password yourself. When you type the password in the pw setter program, it shows up as bullets. To view the password you set just open the pw viewing program. Be sure to hide this so no one can get to your password. Each application requires close to no RAM at all. ShareWare: Register for $10.00 using Kagi and get new versions for free. To get the most recent version of PW DG go to: http://home.maine.rr.com/rabba/pwdg or http://www.macupdate.com Located in the Utilities/Security section.
