This simple picture cataloger is a must have for all web developers who want to do "thumbnails" of their pictures to put a catalog on their site. The simplicity of pixCat makes it a very good option. You can customize the cell background, the picture background, the size of the cell and other things. Right now, pixCat it's on it's early alpha stage.
