Dead Classic II Emergency Help Needed
So this happens from time to time,
I need to use my Classic II RIGHT NOW.
I might as well be dead if I can't use it in th next few minutes.
The thing won't boot up. You hear the fan and the HD whirring, but nothing on the screen, and no startup tone. What do I do?! It does this sometimes, but then you let it sit for a long period of time ( a few weeks) and it may come back.

hey, my classic ii does the same thing, i'll let it sit for a wile then flip the switch to work on it and no chime, i turn it off unplug everyhting form it and smack it around a bit (i mean like push it back then forward so it rattles a bit) and then turn it on and boom it springs back to life.
See, I came to Seattle on friday. I was in a hurry on my way out and grabbed the wrong Classic II 8-o . It was actualy work for my business.I'm curious - what is it that you're doing with a Classic II that makes it so important for it to work all the time? Schoolwork on it or something?
