I have a QuickTake 150 camera that refuses to "mount". I'm using the QuickTake 1.0 software but it won't mount the camera so I can't get the images from the camera to my laptop. This is my first time using the software and the camera so I have little experience with this. Any ideas?

Did you check with another cable ?. The cable is the same as the stylwriter one.
