Standard things to check:

1) Cable; either through substitution, or checking the connections with an ohmmeter.

2) Connectors: Pins and socket clean? Pins straight?

3) Software: Try reinstalling the SW software and see if that helps.

4) Brain: Correct printer selected in Chooser? Printer powered up and turned on?
