I tried this years ago, and seem to recall that the File Server will run under 8.1, but not the Print Server. .... I do know that Appleshare 4 under 7.1 is very solid.

I don't need the print server so I guess I will try the file server under 8.1.

Next step is to locate a copy of AS 4.0.1. Any suggestions? I didn't see any on ebay.
