I have one of them. The card allows you to run a Parallel printer from a Mac, BUT you need to have the proper Mac drivers for the printer for it to work.

From my understanding the card does not need any drivers (the translation software must be in the card ROM).

Have yet to run mine since I have Mac compatible lasers.
