Heh, The original programs lost their icons when I moved them from my Powerbook 150 via floppy. I don't mind, though it is annoying.

That should restore the original icon

Or open resedit and cut out the icon from inside the program (cant remember the exact name of the full sized colour icons) and paste it into the alias's get info window. This is how i do it anyway :
