3D printing large bezels isn't really viable at present - they tend to warp, if you can even find a machine with a large enough bed. I'd go for milling / CNC from a piece of ABS stock instead, if you want nice Snow White-ish details on the front. Even hand grinding out the details with a dremel and a straight edge should work.
If your LCD size suits, you could use a whole LC case for the back and sides and mount your new front panel stuff "under" it. That way you still have easy clip-on clip-off access to the internals.
