What I'd like ta do is use the shareware I've downloaded in "Mini vMac".

The shareware only exists on my hardrive.

I wanna turn it into diskimags tat'd be usable with "Mini vMac".

You need to download the blank disk images from the Mini vMac website. You should already have a boot disk, if not visit http://homepage.mac.com/chinesemac/earlymacs/

Then, change the .dsk to .img extensions and open them in the OS X Finder (be sure to use HFS images). then drag your shareware into the disk windows. Make sure you unmount them, then they should open right up in Mini vMac. Alternately, Paul Pratt offers software for use within Mini vMac which lets you import and export files directly into and out of Mini vMac if you don't want to go through the disk image shuffle ... but you have to build them first.
