Currently, I've got DropStuff on my rig to create StuffIt archives. Disk Image is the tool for creating Disk images under System 7. Disk Image is freeware, but I'll not post a link to it directly as the site I got if from has links to stuff like Mac System ROM images which oughtn't to be spread. I can send it to you if you need it.
