Trying to set my PowerBook 150 up as a webserver but am running into a problem: Crashing before the program loads up completely.

When I open the program, It displays this:

At this point I have to jank the power cord and battery. I am running Mac OS 7.5.3 with RAM Doubler and connected to Ethernet with an Asante EN/SC Mini if that helps.
