Your reply seems to be not work. I've tested, but not losing the damaged cd errors. In Apple System Software Recovery CD 1 March 2000 has Sys 7.5, Version 7.5.3, System 7.5.3 for PowerBook 1400, System 7.5.3 for PowerMac 5400, System 7.5.3 for PowerMac 4400 and System 7.5.3 for PowerMac 9500.If you find any/get yours to work, please put em on the net!
If you clean the disk correctly, you just might be able to get it to work:
1. Get the disk wet, and dry most of the water off.
2. With a washcloth or similar - a laptop screen cleaning rag woulld probebly work the best - clean it in small, circular motions like this:
