Out of curiosity, what sort of machine are you viewing YouTube and Hulu with? A few weeks ago I dusted off my old 1.67 Hi-Res Powerbook and slapped TenFourFox on it, and, well... I can't say the results with HTML5 video were particularly encouraging. I'd probably have to do some more in-depth testing to say it if was actually worse than my old 1.4ghz Pentium M Dell but it definitely wasn't good.
