Mini vMac is distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License, version 2. For more information, see the file COPYING, included with the Mini vMac source distribution.

So rebuild it yourself without the error message.

I'm not THAT good of a hacker. and besides... w/ the SE FDHD ROM, it only shows up as an SE in the About this Mac window, so it's gestalt would be differant
