I requested the CodeWarrior 6.3 update for Mac OS from Freescale last year, and they sent me the installer tree, saying that they had lost the final installer program. That file is posted here:

If you install CodeWarrior 6.0 and then unpack the "Mac 6.3 Layout" from the SITX file over the application folder, then you get a working CodeWarrior 6.3 installation.

If anybody has the intact official CodeWarrior 6.3 installer, then I would appreciate getting a copy. I will post anything that I get to my mirror.
