This is easy beat version 1.3.2 easy beat is a music authoring program for professional musicians and hobbyists. The main features of easy beat are: - easy to use (hence the name) - no extra hardware or software needed for playing and composing - up to 16 tracks plus a metronome track - Internet search for MIDI files - supports all instruments provided by QuickTime and/or an external synthesizer (including General MIDI, GS, and XG) - multiple views (score, drum, keyboard, TAB, chords, controllers) - tempo controller - import and export of standard MIDI files - export of QuickTime movies and AIFF files - plays your song in the background while you edit it or work with other programs - single-track real-time recording (requires a MIDI adapter and a MIDI instrument) - stylistic variations (shuffle style, arpeggio, delay, ...) - built-in guitar tuner - ... Version 1.3.2 is a maintenance release that fixes two problems: * Global changes to the controller types (with the option key) made the tempo view inaccessible. * easy beat's self-test sometimes caused false alerts on 68k Macs.
