I got this with a 5400 I picked up some time ago. It came in a foldout paper sleeve as you can see in the photo. It holds a self-extracting stuffit archive containing a Director 5 presentation telling you how wonderfully awesome PPC is and why your life is empty without it. Sort of. Figured it might appeal some some of you guys

It's a raw disk image copied with rawwrite. You can use it in an emulator or mount it with DiskCopy. I've also included the original res photo (sorry, no scanner) in the archive.
