Um... the "Agree" button simply verifies that you're not from Cuba or a couple other countrys.I urge you not to do this. Apple will come after you with cease and desist letters or potentially a lawsuit. While the software is indeed old, the copyrights are still active and will be for some time--several decades, in fact. Apple has already gone after other sites distributing their system software and vintage software products such as The Mac 512 (which is by far the most famous example). Read the statements on their site if you would like to see what Apple sent them.
Furthermore, by clicking "agree", you essentially have violated the license agreement by distributing the software. Apple is the only entity allowed to distribute this software to my knowledge (users groups used to be able to give out system updates but that is no longer the case as of 2001).
Let's keep it legal in our vintage Mac community and respect the software industry as well as the companies who produce our favorite products.
