In the case that 9.2.2 retail discs don't exist, the disk that would be needed for a TiBook would be from a TiBook. The 867MHz and 1000MHz DVI models shared the same install disks, so it sounds like the only/best way to get everything installed is either to find one of these disks (Temetka might have one, I know that's where mine went) or to possibly try the 9.2.2 netboot image.
