Thanks! Great site, btw. I just joined up, and grabbed MacBench 2. Incidentally, it's the opposite - PPC native but requires System 7. I think what I'll do is create a 7.0.1 boot disk and use it for benchmarking the older machines. My IIcx is currently churning away on it right now.
