Basically, anything hardware related, you're pretty much good to go. You can say that you run OS X on your PC, but no, there's to be no discussion as to how to load OS X onto non-Apple hardware, since...well...we don't like it when we get sued.
If you want to discuss running OS X on non-Apple hardware, doing a Google search for either "OSx86" or "Hackintosh" brings up a few sites specialising in this, where you can discuss OSx86 to your heart's content....just not here.
However, please try to keep in mind that even though we are allowing Intel/PC talk in here, this is primarily a vintage Mac forum, and as such, it'd be great if most of the discussion in here was on 68k and PowerPC Macintosh systems.
