If you can come up with a better way to learn about old macs than tearing them down to their components, mixing and matching to come up with a real life version of a VirtualHack or making improvements to "Stock Macs" you are free to make suggestions.

BTW, conserving the pre-Ives AppleDesign Aesthetic is high on my list of good things. IMHO, Apple's Industrial Design was right on the money from the 128k right up to the G-5 atrocity. Frog Design and its influence lasted well into the "Ives Era" and his "improvements" seem somewhat Anti-Mac to me. Conserving dead macs by transforming them into current ubuntu oriented usefulness is just as high on my list
