You should be able to just go into Mac OS X's preferences and click on Startup Disk, and reboot to your Mac OS 9 system.

Once in Mac OS 9, you need to use OS9 Helper to install Mac OS 9.2.1 or 9.2.2.

Remember to follow the steps mentioned to restore your sound after installing Mac OS 9.2.x. ;)
