Did you get valid serial stickers with it? If not, you could be looking at counterfeit software, which you should bring to the attention of SIIA. Also, you should get the booklets and license in the box. Most licenses require this to be transferred with the software.

You got me wondering, so I opened the clear plastic sleeve with the flap and adhesive strip. It turns out there is a booklet in there with the disk and hte booklet has two serial number stickers on it.

And the plastic envelop had one of those, "You agree to the license and give us right to first refusal of all your offspring by breaking this seal" stickers on it.

So, I think it's all there. I think this may be more like OEM packaging. I wonder if the seller is breaking up bundles, maybe?
